The adjustable side belt drive case sealer seals up to 40 cases per minute, utilizing tape widths ranging from 1-1/2 to 3 inches. It accommodates case lengths starting at 6 inches, widths from 5-1/2 to 22 inches, and heights from 4-3/4 to 28-1/2 inches. Recommended applications include food and beverage, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, electronics, retail, manufacturing, and distribution centers. The sealer features easy-to-use height and width adjustments with measurement scales for quick changeover, a consistent durable case taper that manually adjusts for multiple box sizes, and rugged construction with a 16 gauge welded steel frame and a powder coat paint finish. It also includes a side belt drive designed for narrow profile boxes, a spring-loaded side belt drive, top flap compression rollers, a centrally located emergency stop, a spring-loaded upper drive assembly, dual masts, and dual lead screws.
