The 3M-Matic™ case sealer 8000AF3 with 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 taping head is a manually adjustable case sealer designed to fold the top flaps of cases for sealing without the need for an operator. It features twin gear motors that drive power traction-grip drive belts on each side, enabling the centering and stabilization of cases weighing up to 85 lbs. (38 kg). This case sealer uses 3" (72 mm) Scotch® box sealing tapes and is capable of sealing up to 40 cases per minute. Key features include automatic flap folding for precise sealing, quick adjustment to accommodate a wide range of case heights and widths, and an energy savings option that automatically shuts the sealer off if no box is present. The traction-grip drive belts allow it to center and stabilize various case sizes, while the 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 taping heads provide low impact sealing to protect cases. Additionally, it includes centrally located emergency stops on each side for easy access and height controls located outside the guarding for convenient adjustment.
