The adjustable side belt drive case sealer is designed to seal up to 40 cases per minute, depending on box length, using tape widths ranging from 1-1/2 to 2 inches. It accommodates case lengths of 6 inches and above, widths from 5-1/2 to 22 inches, and heights between 4-3/4 to 28-1/2 inches. The unit includes both upper and lower tape heads and features user-friendly height and width adjustments with measurement scales for quick changeover. It offers a consistent and durable case taper that manually adjusts to handle multiple box sizes, all built within a rugged construction featuring a 16 gauge welded steel frame and powder coat paint finish. The side belt drive allows for effective handling of narrow profile boxes. Optional accessories available separately include an infeed/exit conveyor (Model# B1754191), casters (Model# B0593667), and replacement lower tape heads (Model# B1754185 or B1754186), along with replacement upper tape heads (Model# B1754187).
