The random case sealer automatically adjusts for case height and width and is capable of sealing 19 boxes per minute, using tape widths from 1-1/2 to 2 inches wide. It seals case lengths of 6 inches and up, widths from 6-1/2 to 26 inches, and heights from 4-3/4 to 36 inches. The unit includes both upper and lower tape heads, features photo non-contact box detection for centering and electro-mechanical height adjustment, and employs top and bottom belt drives for positive box conveying. The sealer is constructed with a rugged 16 gauge welded steel frame and finished with powder coat paint. Optional accessories sold separately include casters (Model# B0593667), infeed and exit conveyors (Model# B1754185 or B1754186), replacement lower tape head (Model# B1754188), and replacement upper tape heads (Model# B1754187).
