The adjustable case sealer features top and bottom drive mechanisms to reliably seal uniform cases at speeds of up to 40 cases per minute, depending on box length, using tape widths ranging from 1-1/2 to 2 inches. It accommodates case lengths starting at 6 inches and up, widths from 6-1/2 to 26 inches, and heights from 4-3/4 to 36 inches. The sealer includes both upper and lower tape heads. It offers easy-to-use height and width adjustments with measurement scales for quick changeover and provides a consistent, durable case taper that manually adjusts to accommodate multiple box sizes. Constructed with a rugged 16 gauge welded steel frame and a powder coat paint finish, the sealer features a side belt drive designed for narrow profile boxes. Optional accessories available separately include casters (Model# B0593667), infeed/exit conveyors (Model# B1754188), replacement lower tape heads (Model# B1754185 or B1754186), and a replacement upper tape head (Model# B1754187).
