The 3M-MATIC™ 7000R3 High Speed Pro is a random size case sealer featuring the 3M™ AccuGlide™ 4 taping head, designed for automatic adjustment to various case sizes. This sealing machine processes up to 28 different case sizes per minute using 3" (72mm) tape, accommodating case lengths of 7" (178mm) or more, widths of 7-26" (178-660mm), and heights of 3-1/2" to 27" (89-686mm) in standard position, and 14-3/8" to 38-1/8" (367-968mm) in high mast position. It employs photo eye detection for quick response to different widths and features electro-pneumatic height adjustment for precision. The auxiliary offset taping head position allows for flexibility with shorter boxes, while low impact sealing at speeds of up to 150 feet per minute protects cases. The top and bottom belt drives secure cartons during movement, preventing skewing or tipping, particularly for taller boxes. This unit is equipped with a centrally located emergency stop and dual masts for added safety.
