The X-Pad heat barrier is constructed with CarbonX® thermal resistant fabric technology, designed to withstand temperatures up to 2000°F for 20 seconds, and features comfortable inserts to safely handle hot parts. It incorporates a heavyweight felt interior that provides added heat resistance, and its stitching is reinforced with DuPont™ Kevlar® for enhanced structural integrity and durability. The design includes easy access inserts for the fingers and thumb, facilitating a firm grip, while a convenient loop extension allows for straightforward storage. This product is made from Durahide™, Kevlar®, and CarbonX®, making it suitable for various applications, including automotive work, welding, manufacturing, and tactical uses.
