The Skullerz® 8986 safety hard hat replacement suspension is specifically engineered for secure attachment to Skullerz lightweight hard hats, featuring a breathable construction that enhances comfort and usability. This suspension system includes six built-in mounting locations on the hard hat shell for easy on and off installation. Key features include a one-handed Lockfit™ ratchet with 36 points of adjustment, allowing for a custom secure fit, and a flexible open suspension frame that improves air circulation for a cooler experience in high temperatures. The design incorporates a removable, foam-backed sweatband that is both breathable and washable, along with a height-adjustable six-point suspension to provide a more customized fit and better force dispersion compared to traditional four-point systems. The Skullerz 8986 suspension is compatible with Skullerz lightweight hard hats and can also be paired with the Skullerz 8985 hard hat chin strap (both sold separately).
