AccuCold® Pharma-Vac Performance Series offers the ARS18PVDL2B, an 18 cu. ft. upright all-refrigerator specifically designed for pharmacy, medication, and vaccine applications, compliant with CDC/VFC guidelines. It features an adjustable control range from +2 to +8°C and includes a microprocessor temperature controller located externally to minimize door openings, thus preserving the stored contents. A buffered temperature probe encased in a glycol-filled bottle simulates the temperature of the stored products, complemented by an additional air temperature sensor ensuring superior control. The current and min/max temperature displays can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit to the nearest tenth of a degree, with audible and visual alarms for temperature deviations, power failures, door openings, and sensor failures. The refrigerator is equipped with remote alarm contacts, a 1/2" probe port for additional monitoring devices, and a hospital-grade cord with a 'green dot' plug for enhanced safety. Inside, it employs an adjustable cycle defrost operation to prevent temperature spikes and optimized forced air cooling with one internal fan for excellent temperature stability. The adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves can be positioned at 1/2" increments, with seven shelves provided to maximize storage area. Additional features include LED internal lighting with an on/off rocker switch and a durable white powder-coated metal interior to enhance temperature retention. The ARS18PVDL2B is finished in white with a blue accent.
