3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F features a 3M™-engineered high-performing ceramic abrasive grain blended with aluminum oxide, providing a combination of durability and cutting efficiency that enhances productivity for both stock removal and finishing. The disc has a heavy, water-resistant polyester backing that supports medium-pressure applications while delivering a consistent cut-rate for both wet and dry operations. It is resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure, and the integrated grinding aid helps to reduce grinding temperatures, protecting heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. The ceramic abrasive grain is designed to enhance the toughness and hardness of the grain, while the aluminum oxide mineral blended with it ensures a long-lasting performance ideal for moderate to heavy stock removal. The disc is compatible with the following Roloc attachment systems: TSM, TR, TP, and TS, allowing users to select discs specifically designed for their attachment system. The blend of ceramic and aluminum oxide mineral self-sharpens, offering improved durability and cut-rate compared to standard aluminum oxide abrasives, making it suitable for difficult grinding applications.
