The Detecto® 6855 digital bariatric scale is engineered specifically for weighing obese and unsteady patients, featuring a low-profile 18 x 14 inch (46 x 36 cm) sturdy steel platform with a non-skid surface and stainless steel handrails with padded grips for added patient assurance. This scale has a capacity of 600 lb. x 0.2 lb. / 270 kg x 0.1 kg and includes BMI calculation and EMR/EHR calculation capabilities, making it EMR/EHR ready via the scale's RS232 serial port. Additionally, integral wheels facilitate ease of transport, and an OIML EC Class III model is available.
