Detecto® APEX® eye-level digital physician scales are designed for accuracy and convenience, featuring inline mechanical height rods and an extra-wide, flat platform with dimensions of 17 in W x 17 in D x 2.75 in H. These scales offer a capacity of 600 lb. x 0.2 lb. / 300 kg x 0.1 kg, along with 0.75-inch-high clinical-blue LCD weight readouts. They allow for unit locking into kilograms or pounds and include BMI calculation capabilities. The scales can be powered by either AC or battery (with AC adapter included on some models), and are equipped with 1 RS232 serial port and 1 Micro USB-B port. Additionally, select models provide Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and Welch Allyn connectivity for electronic medical records, while all models maintain HL7 IEEE 11073 compliance. The design features dual wheels for easy transport, sturdy column construction, and an integral bubble level for enhanced stability. The scales also include a mother/baby function, accommodating the weight of infants and toddlers held by an adult, and come with 10 different APEX models available, each featuring 6 easy-to-use buttons.
