The kit includes a vaccine storage unit that is certified to NSF/ANSI 456 vaccine storage standards and features a purpose-built design with a temperature variation of +/-1°C, derived from the maximum deviation of an NTC sensor in a 1 oz. vial during a 24-hour test period. A 2-year calibration certificate is included. The unit is equipped with an antimicrobial silver ion-coated handle, adjustable temperature controls allowing settings between +2 to +8°C, and various alarms including a temperature alarm, open door alarm (adjustable from 1-99 minutes), audible power failure alarm, and sensor failure alarm. It features a microprocessor control panel with password protection, digital controls, and a resettable min/max display.
