The kit includes a vaccine storage unit certified to NSF/ANSI 456 Vaccine Storage Standard, designed with a purpose-built configuration that allows for a temperature variation of +/-1°C, derived from the maximum deviation of an NTC sensor during a 24-hour test period. It comes with a 2-year Certificate of Calibration for your records and features an antimicrobial silver ion-coated handle. The adjustable temperature control allows settings between +2 to +8°C, complemented by a temperature alarm and remote alarm contacts. The unit is equipped with an automatic defrost function with adjustable cycle defrost, a pre-installed 1/2" access port for user-provided monitoring equipment, and an open door alarm that sounds if the door is ajar for over 4 minutes, adjustable from 1 to 99 minutes. Additional alarms include an audible power failure alert and a sensor failure alarm, both featuring audible and visual warnings. The control panel is password protected to prevent unauthorized adjustments and includes a microprocessor control panel with a large LED readout in Celsius or Fahrenheit, as well as a resettable min/max display. Security is enhanced by a factory-installed keyed lock located at the top of the door, along with two keys provided. The unit contains adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves spaced at 1/2" for improved circulation, a hospital-grade cord with a secure three-pronged 'green dot' plug, and durable white powder-coated metal walls for improved temperature retention. Additional features include energy-efficient LED interior lighting with an on/off switch, a self-closing door, and double-pane tempered glass.
