The vaccine storage unit is certified to NSF/ANSI 456 Vaccine Storage Standard and features a purpose-built design with a temperature variation of +/-1°C, derived from an NTC sensor in a 1 oz. vial located nearest the chamber geometric center during a 24-hour test period. It includes a 2-year certificate of calibration for your records and an antimicrobial silver ion-coated handle. The adjustable temperature range allows for settings between +2 to +8°C, complemented by a temperature alarm, remote alarm contacts, and automatic defrost with adjustable cycle defrost. An access port with a pre-installed 1/2" probe hole on the right interior wall facilitates connection to monitoring equipment. The open door alarm sounds if the door is ajar for over 4 minutes (with an adjustable setting from 1-99 minutes), while an audible power failure alarm activates if the power connection is interrupted. A sensor failure alarm provides both audible and visual warnings if the sensor is disrupted, and password protection on the control panel restricts access to adjustments beyond the set point. The microprocessor control panel features digital controls with a large LED readout in Celsius or Fahrenheit for easy temperature management and includes a resettable min/max display.
