The heavy-duty flexible extendable conveyor features a 24" width and offers 5-1/4" axle centers when fully extended. It boasts 9 wheels per axle, constructed with 40lb HDPE (high-density polyethylene) black skate wheels, and includes 5" casters with 2 brake casters at each end. The conveyor has an extended length range from 5'2" to 20'7" and a retracted length of 5'-2". It comes with adjustable legs, a retractable package stop, and one set of couplers, providing a robust capacity of 300 lbs. per ft. The FlexExtend conveyor is designed for flexibility and extension, making it ideal for moving products in retail, fulfillment, manufacturing, and shipping environments. It is particularly suited for loads with firm flat bottoms, such as cartons, totes, and cases. Key features include the ability to curve up to 180 degrees, extend and collapse as required, and allow for self-tracking of products due to individual skate wheels.
