The heavy-duty flexible extendable conveyor features a 30" width and has 5-1/4" axle centers when fully extended, equipped with 12 wheels per axle and 65lb galvanized zinc plated steel skate wheels. It includes 5" casters with 2 brake casters at each end, and has an extended length range of 4'2" to 16'8", with a retracted length of 4'-2". The conveyor has adjustable legs, and comes with a retractable package stop and one set of couplers, offering a capacity of 300 lbs. per ft. The FlexExtend conveyor is designed for flexibility and extension, making it an ideal solution for moving products in retail, fulfillment, manufacturing, and shipping environments. It is best suited for loads with firm flat bottoms like cartons, totes, and cases. Key features include the ability to curve up to 180 degrees, extend and collapse as needed, and the individual skate wheels that enable product self-tracking around curves.
