The heavy-duty flexible extendable conveyor features a 30" width and 5-1/4" axle centers when fully extended, equipped with 12 wheels per axle, utilizing 40 lb HDPE (high density polyethylene) black skate wheels. It includes 5" casters with two brake casters at each end and offers an extended length range from 4'2" to 16'8", with a retracted length of 4'2". The conveyor is designed with adjustable legs and is accompanied by a retractable package stop and one set of couplers, boasting a capacity of 300 lbs. per ft. The FlexExtend conveyor is ideal for retail, fulfillment, manufacturing, and shipping environments, particularly suited for loads with firm flat bottoms such as cartons, totes, and cases. Key features include flexibility to navigate around obstacles, the capability to curve up to 180 degrees, and the ability to extend and collapse as needed. The individual skate wheels enable self-tracking of products around curves, and their design allows for smoother movement compared to rollers, resulting in less required slope. The standard polymer wheels enhance flow-ability, and each unit's handle is collapsible. The material used is zinc plated steel.
