The Heavy Duty Flexible Extendable Conveyor features a 30-inch width and has 5-1/4-inch axle centers when fully extended, with 12 wheels per axle made of 65 lb galvanized zinc plated steel skate wheels. It is equipped with 5-inch casters, including 2 brake casters at each end, and offers an extended length range from 5'2" to 20'7", with a retracted length of 5'2". The conveyor includes adjustable legs, a retractable package stop, and one set of couplers, supporting a capacity of 300 lbs. per ft. This FlexExtend conveyor is designed for efficiency in retail, fulfillment, manufacturing, and shipping environments, making it ideal for loads with firm flat bottoms such as cartons, totes, and cases. It boasts several features including the ability to flexibly convey around obstacles, curve up to 180 degrees, extend and collapse as needed, and the individual skate wheels that enable products to self-track around curves. The skate wheels provide smoother operation than rollers, allowing for less slope, and the standard polymer wheels enhance flow-ability.
