The heavy-duty flexible extendable conveyor features an 18" width and has axle centers of 5-1/4" when fully extended, with six wheels per axle. It includes 40 lb HDPE (high-density polyethylene) black skate wheels, 5" casters, and two brake casters at each end. The conveyor can extend from 8'1" to 32'5" in length and retract to 8'-1". It is equipped with adjustable legs, a retractable package stop, and one set of couplers, supporting a capacity of 300 lbs. per ft. The FlexExtend conveyor is designed for flexibility and extendability, making it an ideal solution for moving products in retail, fulfillment, manufacturing, and shipping environments, particularly for loads with firm flat bottoms such as cartons, totes, and cases. Key features include the ability to curve up to 180 degrees, extend and collapse as needed, and individual skate wheels that facilitate self-tracking when maneuvering.
