The Heavy Duty Flexible Extendable Conveyor features a 24" width and extends from 8'1" to 32'5", with 5-1/4" axle centers when fully extended. It includes 9 wheels per axle, made of 40 lb HDPE (high-density polyethylene) black skate wheels, and is equipped with 5" casters, including 2 brake casters at each end. This conveyor has an adjustable leg height and comes with a retractable package stop and one set of couplers, supporting a capacity of 300 lbs. per ft. The FlexExtend conveyor is designed for flexibility and extendability, making it an ideal solution for moving products in various environments, such as retail, fulfillment, manufacturing, and shipping. It is best suited for loads with firm flat bottoms, like cartons, totes, and cases, offering low-cost conveyance flexibility. The conveyor can curve up to 180 degrees, extends and collapses as needed, and features individual skate wheels that allow products to self-track during maneuvers. The skate wheels provide a smoother flow than rollers, requiring less slope, while the standard polymer wheels ensure optimal flow-ability. The handle of each unit is collapsible, and the material is constructed from zinc plated steel.
