The Heavy Duty Flexible Extendable Conveyor features a 30" width with 5-1/4" axle centers when fully extended, including 12 wheels per axle made of 65 lb galvanized zinc plated steel skate wheels and 5" casters, with 2 brake casters at each end. It has an extended length ranging from 8'1" to 32'5" and a retracted length of 8'-1", providing adjustable legs for stability. The conveyor includes a retractable package stop and one set of couplers, with a capacity of 300 lbs. per ft. The FlexExtend conveyor is ideal for moving products in retail, fulfillment, manufacturing, and shipping environments, particularly for loads with firm flat bottoms such as cartons, totes, and cases. Key features include flexibility to convey around obstacles, the ability to curve up to 180 degrees, and extension/collapse as needed. The individual skate wheels enable products to self-track around curves, while the skate wheels flow more easily than rollers, allowing for less slope.
