The heavy-duty flexible extendable conveyor features a 30" width and has 5-1/4" axle centers when fully extended, equipped with 12 wheels per axle and 40 lb HDPE (high density polyethylene) black skate wheels, along with 5" casters and 2 brake casters at each end. The conveyor extends from an 8'1" retracted length to a maximum extended length of 32'5", with a capacity of 300 lbs. per ft. It includes adjustable legs, a retractable package stop, and one set of couplers. Designed for environments such as retail, fulfillment, manufacturing, and shipping, the FlexExtend conveyor is optimal for transporting products with firm flat bottoms, such as cartons, totes, and cases, while providing low-cost conveyance flexibility. Key features include the ability to curve up to 180 degrees, extend and collapse as needed, allow product self-tracking around curves due to individual skate wheels, and facilitate easier flow than rollers, requiring less slope. The standard polymer wheels enhance flow-ability, and each unit’s handle is collapsible. Constructed from zinc plated steel, this conveyor is both durable and versatile for various logistical applications.
