Product Details
Made in Germany, the combination puller can be used as a 2-jaw or 3-jaw puller depending on your application, with an adjustable reach to provide a larger depth range. The heavy, 3-armed lug puller features oscillating, height-adjustable puller legs and a combination traverse, making it suitable for centric pulling of large bearings, gears, and discs in all common sizes for handicraft, workshop, and industry. It is capable of loosening any component that sits on a shaft and is freely accessible from the outside. The oscillating puller legs adapt to various installation situations and can be utilized universally due to the adjustable clamping depth. Thanks to the combination traverse, the puller can function as both a 2-arm and 3-arm tool, with the claw shape differing by version. The 3-arm design guarantees even load distribution for a particularly secure hold on the component being extracted. The range of applications includes the centric extraction of large, tightly fitted bearings, gearwheels, and discs. Key features are adjustable pull-off legs for individual clamping depth, oscillating puller legs for extensive adjustment options, and different claw shapes for versatile use. Additionally, the claw end with a slot provides enhanced support with screws when pulling off. The design includes a rotatable spindle tip for safe positioning on smooth surfaces and centering, a 3-arm configuration that ensures even force distribution facilitating greater pull-off forces, an anti-slip device on the spindle head for secure operation with spanners, and a spindle run-out to protect the thread. For operation, the user applies the puller leg to the component to be removed externally, swings the claws under the part, manually pulls the spindle to secure it, and then moves the hexagon.
