Made in Germany, the Puller hooks are specially hardened and smoothed, featuring a side clamp that significantly increases pressure on the hooks to reduce kicking and slipping. The 2-arm "Cobra" bearing puller with side clamp is designed for extracting particularly tight ball bearings, bearing rings, and workpieces, as well as loosening any component that sits on a shaft and is freely accessible from the outside. The clamp enhances the contact pressure of the puller legs many times over, allowing the sharp claws of the puller legs to grip under the part to be pulled off, loosening it even before the actual pulling process begins. The slim design of the legs allows access to difficult-to-reach areas, while the 2-fold application of force from above and sideways ensures a 100% secure grip. The anti-slip device on the spindle head promotes safe operation with spanners, and the spindle run-out protects the thread. To operate, the user applies the puller leg to the part from the outside, pushes the claws under the part, manually pulls the spindle to fix it, and then moves the hexagon on the spindle head with a ratchet or combination spanner until the component is loosened. The kit includes spare parts such as the 204-1-90-P_2 pulling hook (pair), 204-1-T_traverse, 204201_clamping clamp complete, and 204101_clamping clamp complete. Specifications include a clamping depth of external puller of 90 mm, width across flats of 19 mm, minimum span outside pull-off of 6 mm, and maximum span outside pull-off of 80 mm.
