Product Details
The heavy, 2-armed lug puller, made in Germany, features an adjusted reach to provide a larger depth range and is designed for space-saving applications with its oscillating and height-adjustable puller legs, ideal for centric extraction of large bearings, gear wheels, and discs in various sizes for handicraft, workshop, and industrial use. This tool can loosen any component accessible from the outside that sits on a shaft. It includes adjustable puller legs for individual clamping depth adjustment, oscillating puller legs for a wide range of options, and pulling legs with different claw shapes for flexibility. Additionally, the claw end features a slot that provides hold for a screw for extra support during the removal process. The spindle is safely positioned with a rotatable tip suitable for both smooth surfaces and centering, and an anti-slip device on the spindle head ensures safe operation with spanners. The spindle run-out is designed to protect the thread. The operation involves applying the puller leg to the part to be removed, swinging the claws underneath, fixing the spindle manually, and loosening the component with a ratchet or combination spanner. Spare parts for the tool include the 201-1-T Traverse, 205-01-150-P pulling legs (pair) with adjustable clamping depth, and the 614160 Mechanical pressure spindle. Specifications include a clamping depth of external puller of 150 mm and a width across flats of 17 mm.
