Product Details
Made in Germany, the grease hydraulic spindle power puller features an adjusted reach to provide a larger depth range and utilizes a two-jaw design for space-saving applications. This heavy-duty, 2-arm lug puller comes equipped with oscillating, height-adjustable puller legs and a grease-hydraulic spindle, making it ideal for the centric pulling of large and particularly tight-fitting bearings, gears, and discs in various sizes suitable for crafts, workshops, and industrial applications. The grease-hydraulic spindle achieves a pulling force of 15 tonnes and is capable of loosening any component that sits on a shaft and is freely accessible from the outside. For extraction processes in confined spaces, a mechanical spindle can be utilized, providing a tensile force of up to 10 tonnes. The oscillating puller legs adapt to various installation situations and allow for universal use due to adjustable clamping depths. The product features adjustable puller legs for individual clamping depth adjustments, a wide range of adjustment options due to the oscillating puller legs, and pulling legs with different claw shapes to facilitate flexible working. The claw end, equipped with a slot, ensures additional support when pulling off components. The grease-hydraulic spindle guarantees easy and controlled removal of particularly stuck parts with minimal effort. In situations where space is limited and direct access to the component is necessary, the mechanical spindle can be employed, which features a rotating spindle tip for safe placement on smooth surfaces and for centering. Additional features include a safe positioning mechanism for the spindle due to the rotatable spindle tip, an anti-slip device on the spindle head for secure operation with spanners, and a spindle run-out designed to protect the thread.
