Product Details
Made in Germany, this grease hydraulic spindle power puller is designed with an adjustable reach to provide a larger depth range and features a two-jaw design for space-saving applications. The heavy, 2-arm lug puller includes oscillating, height-adjustable puller legs and a grease-hydraulic spindle, enabling the centric pulling of large, particularly tight-fitting bearings, gears, and discs in all common sizes suitable for crafts, workshops, and industry. The grease-hydraulic spindle achieves a pulling force of 15 tonnes, while the mechanical spindle can be utilized for extraction processes with a tensile force of up to 10 tonnes, especially in confined spaces. The oscillating puller legs can adapt to any installation situation, allowing for universal use due to adjustable clamping depth options. Key features include adjustable puller legs, a wide range of adjustment options with oscillating puller legs, various claw shapes for flexible working, and a claw end with a slot that provides hold for screws for additional support during removal. The grease-hydraulic spindle enables easy and controlled removal of particularly stuck components with minimal effort, and when space is constrained, the mechanical spindle offers an alternative with a rotating spindle tip for safe placement on smooth surfaces and centering. Additional safety measures include a rotatable spindle tip for stable positioning on smooth surfaces, an anti-slip device on the spindle head for secure operation with spanners, and spindle run-out protection to safeguard the thread. The range of application is specifically for the centric extraction of large, tight-fitting bearings, gearwheels, and discs.
