Product Details
Made in Germany, this grease hydraulic spindle power puller features a parallel design that helps prevent kicking and slipping, with standard jaws that allow for variable adjustments on the cross beam. The reversing jaws enable the puller to be utilized for both external and internal extractions. This extra strong, 3-arm universal puller is specifically designed for pulling off heavy, particularly tight-fitting bearings, gears, and discs in all common sizes suitable for crafts, workshops, and industry. It employs a grease-hydraulic spindle for extraction operations, achieving a tractive force exceeding 10 t, with a maximum average pulling force of 20 t. The puller is capable of loosening any component that is freely accessible from the outside and is equipped with robust and adjustable standard hooks, ensuring powerful, non-destructive dismantling for both external and internal applications. The 3-arm design ensures even load distribution, providing a particularly secure hold on the part to be pulled off. The screw connection facilitates easy loosening and particularly tight tightening of the trigger hooks with a hexagonal spanner. The hydraulic spindle enables controlled removal of particularly stuck parts with minimal effort. The design accommodates eccentric components through free-moving trigger hooks on the crosshead, with variable adjustments spanning from XX to XXX mm. The spindle is safely positioned due to a rotatable spindle tip, which aids in centering on smooth surfaces, and the puller can be converted from an external extractor to an internal extractor by reversing the extractor hooks. An anti-slip device on the spindle head ensures safe operation with spanners, while spindle run-out is designed to provide protection.
