Product Details
The grease hydraulic spindle puller, made in Germany, features a parallel design that helps prevent kicking and slipping, making it ideal for pulling off heavy, particularly tight-fitting bearings, gears, and discs in various sizes for crafts, workshops, and industry. This extra strong, 3-arm universal puller achieves a tractive force beyond 10 t, with a maximum average pulling force of 20 t. It can efficiently loosen components that sit on a shaft and are freely accessible from the outside. The robust design includes standard hooks that are adjustable, ensuring powerful and non-destructive dismantling for both external and internal pulling applications. The screw connection allows for easy loosening and tight tightening of the trigger hooks using a hexagonal spanner, while the hydraulic spindle enables easy and controlled removal of particularly stuck parts with minimal effort. The 3-arm configuration ensures even load distribution for a secure hold on the part being removed, and the tool's design accommodates eccentric components with free-moving trigger hooks sliding on the crosshead. The span is variable, adjustable between XX - XXX mm, and the spindle features a rotatable tip for safe positioning on smooth surfaces or for centering. Additionally, the puller can be converted from an external extractor to an internal extractor by reversing the extractor hooks, and an anti-slip device on the spindle head enhances safety when working with spanners. The spindle run-out is designed to protect the tool during operation.
