Product Details
The heavy, 2-armed lug puller, made in Germany, features an adjusted reach to provide a larger depth range and a two-jaw design for space-saving applications. It is equipped with oscillating and height-adjustable puller legs, making it ideal for centric pulling off of large bearings, gear wheels, and discs in various sizes suitable for handicraft, workshop, and industrial use. The puller can loosen any component that is accessible from the outside and sits on a shaft. The adjustable puller legs allow for individual adjustment of the clamping depth, while the oscillating legs offer a wide range of adjustment options. The puller includes legs with different claw shapes for flexibility, and the claw end is designed with a slot to hold a screw for additional support during the pulling process. Furthermore, the spindle is safely positioned due to a rotatable spindle tip that adapts to both smooth surfaces and for centering. The anti-slip device on the spindle head ensures safe operation with spanners, and the spindle run-out is designed to protect the thread. For operation, the puller leg is applied to the part to be removed from the outside, the claws are swung under the part, the spindle is pulled manually to fix it, and then the hexagon on the spindle head is moved with a ratchet or combination spanner until the component is loosened. Spare parts include the 201-0-T_Traverse and 205-00-100-P_2 pulling legs with adjustable clamping depth (pair). The specifications detail a clamping depth of the external puller of 100 mm, a width across flats of 13 mm, and a minimum span outside pull-off of 0 m.
