Flexible, durable, and comfortable, the Pylon® metatarsal guard boots are specifically designed for tough industrial environments. These boots feature a floating metatarsal guard, steel safety toe, steel shank, and an electrical hazard (EH) rating, along with excellent slip resistance on wet-clean and wet-contaminated surfaces. Constructed using a multi-ply manufacturing method, each boot is treated with a neoprene sealant, ensuring a 100% waterproof, oil, and chemical-resistant layer for optimal protection and comfort. The steel toe provides robust protection against toe impact and compression, while the floating metatarsal guard safeguards the top of the foot. A steel shank is included for maximum arch support, and the Snugleg design wraps around the foot for all-day comfort. Features of these boots include a 16" height, compliance with ASTM F2413 M/I/C standards, slip resistance per ASTM F3445 requirements, and the electric hazard (EH) rating. The durable chevron outsoles are designed to repel debris and offer abrasion resistance, while a dense fabric liner allows for easy on and off and wicks moisture. Additional attributes include removable cushioned insoles that wick moisture and absorb shock, with the neoprene rubber upper providing a soft, flexible fit.
