The Aerosolv® 7000 super aerosol can puncture device is designed for safe and efficient recycling of spent aerosol cans, enhancing the capabilities of the original Aerosolv® standard system with improved vapor reduction, easy tracking, and added security. It features a colorimetric carbon filter that indicates filter saturation and a lockout and shut-off mechanism that seals the system and drum when not in use, preventing hazardous vapors from escaping and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. The device includes a built-in counter for ISO 14001 compliance, a combination coalescing/saturation indicating carbon filter, a padlock with key, an anti-static ground wire with C-clamp, and safety goggles. The system eliminates an entire RCRA waste stream, reduces disposal costs, is EPA verified, and includes a two-piece combination colorimetric filter. Additionally, the slide bar on the can chamber is equipped with a lock to provide tamper resistance, and the system is EPA compliant and ETV certified.
