CAT® 800 Expert Hard Material Turbo Segmented Laser Welded Diamond Blades are engineered for fast and precise cutting across a variety of hard materials. The blades feature a fully hardened and heat-treated steel core and vented cooling holes that facilitate rapid heat dispersion, ensuring durability in tough conditions. They are built with a unique turbo segment design that promotes aggressive cutting action while efficiently clearing abrasive fines from the cut to reduce friction. The blade's construction includes a unique bond formulation paired with high-quality, high-concentration diamond grit for extended life and cutting speed. Additional design elements include a keyhole gullet for effective dust extraction and a 2X laser welding process for enhanced safety and stability of the segments. The dimensions of the blade are as follows: diameter of 14", segment height of 9/16", segment width of 1/2", and a main arbor bore of 1+P", with reducing rings included measuring 1 to 20 inches.
