Cat® 600 Pro porcelain and hard dense material turbo mesh blades are crafted with a unique rim design that enhances cooling by directing coolant into the cut, which reduces side friction and extends blade life while ensuring extremely clean, precise, chip-free, and fast cutting in the hardest materials. The ultra-high quality diamond grit enables efficient cutting through dense materials such as outdoor porcelain, while also performing exceptionally well with softer ceramic and natural stone tiles. These blades are compatible with handheld grinders, handheld circular saws, and tile saws. Key features include an ultra-thin kerf for ultra-fast and precise cuts, a fully hardened and heat-treated steel core, an armored steel blank to maintain good tension and minimize noise, a unique reduced friction segment design, a very high quality diamond grit and bonding formulation, and vented cooling holes for rapid heat dispersion.
