The 12" T-312 ductile iron wafer check valve features an aluminum bronze disc and is designed with dual spring-loaded discs that ensure quick, silent closure. It includes elastomer seats that create a positive seal against backflow and can be installed in any orientation—vertically or horizontally. This valve boasts a durable ductile iron body that facilitates easy installation between Class 125/150 companion flanges. Its compact body design is lighter and requires less installation space compared to traditional flanged swing check valves. Additionally, the split-disc, center-torsional spring design minimizes pressure drop. The valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 300 PSI and is not suitable for steam service (WSP). It has a maximum service temperature of 180°F.
