The 2-1/2" T-312 ductile iron wafer check valve is designed for efficient fluid control with a robust ductile iron body that facilitates easy installation between Class 125/150 companion flanges. It features dual spring-loaded discs for quick and silent closure, along with elastomer seats that provide a positive seal against backflow. This valve can be installed in any orientation, whether vertically or horizontally, and its compact design requires less installation space compared to traditional flanged swing check valves. Additionally, the split-disc, center-torsional spring design minimizes pressure drop, making it a reliable choice for various applications. The valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 300 psi and is not suitable for steam service, with a maximum service temperature of 180°F.
