The 2" T-312 ductile iron wafer check valve features a stainless steel disc and is designed with dual spring-loaded discs that ensure quick, silent closure. The elastomer seats provide a positive seal against backflow, allowing for installation in any orientation, either vertically or horizontally. The durable ductile iron body is specifically designed for easy installation between Class 125/150 companion flanges, and its compact body design is lighter and requires less installation space compared to traditional flanged swing check valves. Additionally, the split-disc, center-torsional spring design minimizes pressure drop. The valve has a non-shock working pressure (PSI) with a cold working pressure (CWP) of 300 PSI, although it is not suitable for saturated steam (WSP) service. The maximum service temperature for this valve is 180°F.
