The 2" T-312 ductile iron wafer check valve features an aluminum bronze disc and is designed for efficient backflow prevention. It includes dual spring-loaded discs that ensure quick and silent closure, along with elastomer seats that create a positive seal. This valve offers versatile installation options, as it can be installed vertically or horizontally in any orientation. The durable ductile iron body allows for easy installation between Class 125/150 companion flanges, and its compact design is lighter and requires less installation space compared to traditional flanged swing check valves. The split-disc, center-torsional spring design minimizes pressure drop. The valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 300 PSI and is not suitable for steam service, with a maximum service temperature of 180°F.
