Its IBBM construction combines an iron body with bronze mount, incorporating a bronze seat and wedge sealing rings for enhanced sealing reliability. The solid wedge provides a positive drip-tight closure, while its durable cast iron construction effectively resists pipeline stresses and distortion. To ensure longevity, all external surfaces are primed and dual-coat painted for corrosion resistance. The valve offers full-flow waterways that minimize pressure drop, with a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI and saturated steam working pressure (WSP) rated at 125 PSI to 450°F. The face-to-face dimensions are compliant with ANSI/ASME B16.10 standards, and the flanged end connections adhere to ANSI/ASME B16.1 class 125/150 specifications. Additionally, the valve conforms to MSS SP-70 and is manufactured in an ISO-9002 accredited facility, ensuring a high level of quality and compliance.
