The hydraulic valve kit includes options for 1, 2, or 3 spools, rated for a working pressure of 2500 PSI (172 bar) and capable of withstanding a maximum shock and surge pressure of 4000 PSI (276 bar). It has a rated flow capacity of 30 GPM (114 L/M) and a maximum spool leakage of 16 CC/MIN at 1000 PSI. Mounting is flexible with three mounting holes for 3/8" bolts, and the weight varies by spool count: 1 spool at 13 lbs., 2 spools at 21 lbs., and 3 spools at 33 lbs. Standard features include integral load holding check valves to prevent reverse flow during shifting, an adjustable integral differential poppet type relief valve set at 2000 PSI and 10 GPM, balanced select-fit spools for minimal leakage and smooth operation, and external spool seals for easy replacement and reduced maintenance costs. The inlet/outlet is specified as 1-1/16" #12 SAE, with work ports as either 1-1/16" #12 SAE or 3/4"-16 #8 SAE. Optional features consist of power beyond capability for neutral flow at system pressure and the option for field conversion between closed center and open center (tandem) operation, along with air-operated and cable-operated conversions via AS1 and cable connection kit B302890, respectively. The valve also features text definitions for 3 way, 4 way, 3 position, spring centered, and detent configurations. Note that the VH1 handle is sold separately, and additional valves are available upon request from customer service.
