The hydraulic valve kit includes options for a number of spools: 1, 2, or 3, with each option having a rated working pressure of 2500 PSI (172 BAR) and a maximum shock and surge pressure of 4000 PSI (276 BAR). The rated flow capacity is 30 GPM (114 L/M), and the maximum spool leakage at 1000 PSI is 16 CC/MIN. It features three mounting holes for 3/8" bolts, with weights being 13 lbs. for 1 spool, 21 lbs. for 2 spools, and 33 lbs. for 3 spools. Standard features include integral load holding check valves that prevent reverse flow during shifting, an adjustable integral differential poppet type relief valve set at 2000 PSI with a flow rate of 10 GPM, balanced select-fit spools for minimal leakage and smooth operation, and external spool seals for easy replacement and reduced maintenance costs. The connection specifications include In/Out ports of 1-1/16" #12 SAE and work ports of either 1-1/16" #12 SAE or 3/4"-16 #8 SAE. Optional features include power beyond capability for neutral flow at system pressure, an air-operated option (AS1), and a cable-operated option with cable connection kit B302890. The valve operates in different configurations: a 3-way configuration allows power up and gravity down, while a 4-way configuration permits power in both up and down directions. The valve spool has three positions: up, neutral, and down, with a spring-centered design that returns to neutral upon release. Detent functionality allows the valve spool to remain in position until changed by the operator.
