The hydraulic valve kit offers a choice of 1, 2, or 3 spools with a rated working pressure of 2500 PSI (172 BAR) and a maximum shock and surge pressure of 4000 PSI (276 BAR). It has a rated flow capacity of 30 GPM (114 L/M) and a maximum spool leakage of 16 CC/MIN at 1000 PSI. The kit features three mounting holes for 3/8" bolts, with weights of 13 lbs. for 1 spool, 21 lbs. for 2 spools, and 33 lbs. for 3 spools. Standard features include integral load holding check valves to prevent reverse flow when shifting, an adjustable integral differential poppet type relief valve set at 2000 PSI and 10 GPM, balanced select-fit spools for minimal leakage and smooth operation, and external spool seals for easy replacement and reduced maintenance costs. The valve has In/Out connections of 1-1/16" #12 SAE, with work ports available in 1-1/16" #12 SAE or 3/4"-16 #8 SAE. Optional features include a power beyond capability for neutral flow at system pressure, allowing field conversion from closed center to open center operation, with options for air operated (AS1) and cable operated via cable connection kit B302890. The valve operates in a 3-way configuration for power up and gravity down, or a 4-way configuration for power up and power down, with a spring-centered spool that returns to neutral when released, and a detent feature that keeps the valve spool in position until changed by the operator. The air cylinder converts the valve from manual to air operated, and other valve options are available upon request through customer service.
