This hydraulic control kit includes options for 1, 2, or 3 spools, with a rated working pressure of 2500 PSI (172 BAR) and a maximum shock and surge pressure of 4000 PSI (276 BAR). It has a rated flow capacity of 30 GPM (114 L/M) and a maximum spool leakage of 16 CC/MIN at 1000 PSI. The kit features three mounting holes for 3/8" bolts, with weights of 13 lbs. for one spool, 21 lbs. for two spools, and 33 lbs. for three spools. Standard features include integral load holding check valves to prevent reverse flow, an adjustable integral differential poppet type relief valve set at 2000 PSI, 10 GPM, balanced select-fit spools for minimum leakage and smooth operation, and external spool seals for easy replacement and reduced maintenance costs. The kit is equipped with In/Out ports of 1-1/16" #12 SAE and work ports of 1-1/16" #12 SAE or 3/4"-16 #8 SAE. Optional features consist of power beyond for neutral flow at system pressure and conversion from closed center to open center operation, as well as air-operated and cable-operated configurations. Definitions for operation types include 3-way (power up, gravity down), 4-way (power up, power down), 3-position (spool/handle has positions up/neutral/down), spring centered (spool returns to neutral), and detent (valve spool stays in position). The air cylinder allows conversion from manual to air-operated valves, while the cable connection kit enables conversion to cable operation.
