This hydraulic valve kit is available with one to three spools and features a rated working pressure of 2500 PSI (172 BAR) with a maximum shock and surge pressure of 4000 PSI (276 BAR). It has a rated flow capacity of 30 GPM (114 L/M) and a maximum spool leakage of 16 CC/MIN at 1000 PSI. The kit includes three mounting holes for 3/8" bolts and weighs 13 lbs. for one spool, 21 lbs. for two spools, and 33 lbs. for three spools. Standard features consist of integral load holding check valves that prevent reverse flow during shifting, an adjustable integral differential poppet type relief valve set at 2000 PSI and 10 GPM, balanced select-fit spools for minimal leakage and smooth operation, external spool seals for easy replacement and reduced maintenance costs, and in/out ports of 1-1/16" #12 SAE, with work ports of either 1-1/16" #12 SAE or 3/4"-16 #8 SAE. Optional features include power beyond capability for neutral flow at system pressure, air operation with an AS1 model, and a cable connection kit (B302890) for cable operation. The definitions for valve operation modes include 3-way for power up and gravity down, 4-way for power up and power down, a 3-position spool/handle with up/neutral/down settings, a spring-centered spool that returns to neutral upon release, and a detent mechanism that holds the valve spool in position until changed by the operator. An air cylinder is available to convert the valve from manual to air operation, while the cable connection kit allows for conversion to cable operation.
