The 4" T-301 cast iron non-rising stem valve features a non-rising stem design that is ideal for confined installations, and it includes Class 125/150 flange-type end connections. This valve is constructed with an iron-body-bronze-mount (IBBM) design, incorporating a bronze seat and wedge sealing rings, ensuring a positive drip-tight closure with its solid wedge. The durable cast iron construction resists pipeline stresses and distortion, while all external surfaces are primed and dual-coat painted for enhanced corrosion resistance. Full-flow waterways are designed to minimize pressure drop, with a working pressure rating of 200 PSI for cold working pressure (CWP) and 125 PSI to 450°F for saturated steam (WSP). In accordance with interchangeability requirements, the face-to-face dimensions conform to ANSI/ASME B16.10, and the flanged end connections comply with ANSI/ASME B16.1 class 125/150. This valve also conforms to MSS SP-70 and is manufactured in an ISO-9002 accredited facility.
