The 2" T-301 cast iron non-rising stem valve features a non-rising stem design, making it ideal for confined installations, alongside Class 125/150 flange-type end connections. It incorporates an iron-body-bronze-mount (IBBM) design, featuring a bronze seat and wedge sealing rings, while the solid wedge ensures a positive drip-tight closure. The valve's durable cast iron construction resists pipeline stresses and distortion, and all external surfaces are primed and dual-coat painted for enhanced corrosion resistance. It offers full-flow waterways to minimize pressure drop, with a working pressure of 200 PSI for cold working pressure (CWP) and 125 PSI at temperatures ranging from 450°F for saturated steam (WSP). The face-to-face dimensions comply with ANSI/ASME B16.10 interchangeability requirements, while the flanged end connections meet ANSI/ASME B16.1 Class 125/150 standards. Additionally, the valve conforms to MSS SP-70 and is manufactured in an ISO-9002 accredited facility.
