The 10" T-301 cast iron non-rising stem valve features a non-rising stem design that is ideal for confined installations and includes Class 125/150 flange-type end connections. It boasts an IBBM design, consisting of an iron body with bronze mount, along with bronze seat and wedge sealing rings, ensuring a solid wedge for a positive drip-tight closure. The valve's durable cast iron construction resists pipeline stresses and distortion, while all external surfaces are primed and dual-coat painted for corrosion resistance. Full-flow waterways are designed to minimize pressure drop, with a working pressure for non-shock applications rated at 200 PSI for cold working pressure (CWP) and 125 PSI at saturated steam (WSP) up to 450°F. The valve adheres to interchangeability requirements, conforming to ANSI/ASME B16.10 for face-to-face dimensions and ANSI/ASME B16.1 Class 125/150 for flanged end connections. It also complies with MSS SP-70 and is manufactured in an ISO-9002 accredited facility.
