The 8" T-301 cast iron non-rising stem valve features a non-rising stem design, making it particularly suitable for confined installations. It includes Class 125/150 flange-type end connections and is constructed with an IBBM design, which incorporates an iron body with a bronze mount, bronze seat, and wedge sealing rings. The solid wedge ensures a positive drip-tight closure, while the durable cast iron construction provides resistance to pipeline stresses and distortion. All external surfaces are primed and dual-coat painted to enhance corrosion resistance, and full-flow waterways are designed to minimize pressure drop. The valve supports a working pressure of 200 psi for cold working pressure (CWP) and 125 psi at saturated steam (WSP) up to 450°F. The face-to-face dimensions meet ANSI/ASME B16.10 interchangeability requirements, with flanged end connections adhering to ANSI/ASME B16.1 Class 125/150 standards. Additionally, it complies with MSS SP-70 and is manufactured in an ISO-9002 accredited facility.
