The 2" T-312 Ductile Iron Wafer Check Valve is engineered for efficient performance with dual spring-loaded discs that ensure quick, silent closure. Equipped with elastomer seats, this valve creates a reliable seal against backflow and is versatile in installation, as it can be positioned vertically or horizontally in any orientation. The valve features a durable ductile iron body that easily fits between Class 125/150 companion flanges, while its compact design offers a lighter profile that requires less installation space compared to traditional flanged swing check valves. The split-disc, center-torsional spring design further enhances its functionality by minimizing pressure drop. This check valve operates under a working pressure of 300 PSI (CWP), although it is not suitable for steam service (WSP), and it can withstand a maximum service temperature of 180°F.
